At Premananda, we are deeply committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Our Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and terms associated with the delivery of your order. As a brand rooted in authenticity and trust, we ensure that every product—be it a sacred gemstone, a divine rudraksha, or a personalized astrological item—is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care.

Our logistics operations are designed to provide transparency, reliability, and convenience to our customers across India. With Delhivery as our official shipping partner, we guarantee safe and timely delivery to your doorstep, ensuring that every spiritual product reaches you in pristine condition.


2. Order Processing

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully received via PhonePe or any other integrated payment gateway, our processing team immediately begins order verification and packaging.

Processing timelines vary depending on the type of product ordered:

  • Ready-to-Ship Products (e.g., standard gemstones, accessories): typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Customized or Personalized Products (e.g., astrologically recommended gemstones, energized rudrakshas, yantras, etc.): may take 3-5 business days as each item undergoes individual quality checks, energization, or ritualistic preparation before dispatch.

Customers are notified via email or SMS once the order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.


3. Shipping Partners & Service Coverage

Premananda exclusively works with Delhivery—India’s leading logistics partner known for secure and efficient handling of valuable parcels. Our shipping coverage includes major cities, towns, and even remote pin codes across India.

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, expansion to select global destinations is under consideration for future phases.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of product ordered:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote and Rural Areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note:
Delivery estimates are provided for reference purposes and may vary due to external circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, regional restrictions, or high-volume festive periods. Premananda is not liable for delays caused by courier operations or force majeure events.


5. Packaging Standards

We understand that astrology-related products, such as gemstones and spiritual tools, require delicate handling. Every order is packaged in secure, tamper-proof, and protective packaging to ensure safe arrival.

For gemstones and rudrakshas, we use cushioned boxes with proper labeling and certificate placement. For energized products, special sanctified packaging is used to preserve spiritual purity during transit.

If a customer receives a damaged or tampered package, we strongly advise not to accept delivery and to notify us immediately at ask@premananda.co.in with supporting images.


6. Shipping Charges

We aim to provide fair and transparent shipping charges.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999 within India.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders below ₹999.

  • Special Handling Fee: May apply for oversized or fragile products, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment completion. Premananda does not charge any hidden fees.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to the Delhivery tracking portal.

You can track your shipment anytime by visiting https://www.delhivery.com/ and entering your tracking ID. Our customer care team also assists with real-time status updates upon request.


8. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Any incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries.

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-availability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Premananda will attempt to contact the customer for re-shipment. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


9. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, our logistics partner may mark it as “Delivered” in the tracking system. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and verify the package.

If you haven’t received the package but the tracking shows “Delivered,” kindly contact our support team within 48 hours of status update so that we can initiate a trace with Delhivery.


10. Delays Beyond Control

While we work tirelessly to deliver on time, some circumstances are beyond our control. The following are examples of such conditions:

  • Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • Public holidays, strikes, or regional shutdowns

  • Pandemic-related restrictions or lockdowns

  • Political disturbances or unforeseen logistic breakdowns

In such situations, we request your patience and understanding. Premananda will make every possible effort to communicate updates and ensure delivery at the earliest opportunity.


11. International Shipping (Future Policy)

As Premananda continues to grow, we plan to extend our shipping network globally to serve astrology enthusiasts worldwide. Once international shipping is launched, customers will be notified via website updates and newsletters. The international policy will include customs duties, local taxes, and estimated timelines per region.


12. Non-Deliverable Zones

Certain areas may be classified as non-deliverable due to logistic or regulatory restrictions. If your pin code falls under a non-serviceable zone, our system will notify you during checkout. We recommend providing an alternate address in such cases.


13. Changes to Shipping Policy

Premananda reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be reflected on our Website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
