At Premananda, we take immense pride in delivering spiritually aligned, high-quality products and services that help our customers discover clarity, balance, and well-being through astrology and Vedic science. Each product — whether it is a gemstone, rudraksha, yantra, or spiritual accessory — is carefully sourced, verified, and often energized as per sacred Vedic rituals to align with your birth chart and energy field.
We understand, however, that there may be rare situations where you may wish to return or request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for such requests, ensuring transparency and fairness while maintaining the sanctity of the products and the trust you place in us.

2. General Eligibility for Returns
Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, most items are non-returnable once delivered. This includes any item that has been energized, customized, or spiritually activated based on your astrological data or personal details.
However, we do consider returns or exchanges under the following genuine circumstances:

The product you received is different from what was ordered.

There is a genuine quality issue verified by our internal team.
Requests that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of transit damage or delivery errors

Consultation Services (e.g., astrology readings, life coaching sessions, or Vastu consultations).

Digital Content or Reports (e.g., personalized horoscope reports, planetary analysis, or Rajyoga interpretations).
Once prepared, these products and services cannot be reused, resold, or re-energized for another client, and thus are exempt from return.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Deliveries
We take quality control seriously. Every product is checked and packaged carefully before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ask@premananda.co.in with:

Our quality assurance team will verify your claim within 3–5 business days, and once approved, we will either:

Arrange a replacement shipment, or

Issue a full refund as per your preference.
If the product is unavailable for replacement, a refund will automatically be initiated.
5. Return Process
If your return request is approved, you will be guided through the following steps:

Packaging: Repack the product securely in its original packaging with all included accessories, certificates, and invoices.

Pickup: Our logistics partner (Delhivery) will schedule a pickup from your registered address.

Inspection: Once the returned product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to confirm the reported issue.

Resolution: Upon successful verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.
Products returned without prior approval or beyond the stipulated window will not be accepted.
6. Refund Eligibility and Conditions
Refunds are processed only under the following verified conditions:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

You received an incorrect product.

The ordered product could not be delivered due to unavailability or cancellation by Premananda.
Refunds are not applicable for:

Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.

Delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances.

Incorrect data or details provided by the customer during ordering.
7. Refund Mode and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original mode of payment, primarily via PhonePe or the same payment gateway used at checkout.
Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days after approval.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated, along with transaction details for tracking.
If your refund takes longer due to inter-bank processing delays, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider with the transaction reference provided by us.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

If a part of your order is successfully delivered and accepted.

If a custom product was partially processed before cancellation.

If packaging or accessories are missing from the returned item.
All partial refund cases are subject to internal review and customer approval before final settlement.
9. Refund for Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails but is debited from your account, or if a duplicate transaction occurs, please inform us immediately via ask@premananda.co.in with transaction proof.
Once verified, the duplicate or failed transaction amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days. Premananda will coordinate directly with PhonePe or the respective payment gateway to ensure a smooth resolution.
10. Returns Due to Wrong Address or Refused Delivery
If the delivery is refused at your address or returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will be reshipped upon payment of re-delivery charges.
Refunds in such cases may be subject to deductions, including:

Forward and reverse logistics fees.

Processing charges (if applicable).
To avoid such issues, please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
11. Return Window
All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted, as products may have been used, altered, or exposed to conditions that affect their authenticity or spiritual energy.
12. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may still apply for a return if your order qualifies under this policy.
13. Product Authenticity & Verification
Every gemstone, rudraksha, and yantra sold through Premananda undergoes quality and authenticity checks, often including certification by trusted authorities.
In the rare event that you question the authenticity of your item, you may return it for third-party testing (with prior approval). If results confirm a defect or inauthenticity, a full refund will be issued, including any verification costs incurred.
14. Return Shipping Charges
For eligible returns, Premananda covers the cost of reverse pickup via Delhivery. In cases where self-shipping is required, customers must use a reliable courier service and share the tracking number with us.
Shipping charges for returns due to customer preference (non-defective cases) will be borne by the customer.
15. Policy on Services and Consultations
Since astrology consultations, personalized readings, and life coaching sessions are time-bound services delivered digitally or verbally, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the session is completed or materials are shared.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost.
16. Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary situations like courier loss, natural calamities, or product discontinuation, Premananda will offer either a full refund or equivalent store credit, depending on your preference.
