1. Introduction

At Premananda, we value our customers’ trust and aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may modify, cancel, or request withdrawal of their orders.

We understand that situations may arise where you need to alter or cancel your order. While we strive to accommodate such requests wherever possible, the nature of our products—especially those that are personalized, energized, or made to order—makes it essential for us to maintain certain guidelines.

By placing an order through our website, www.premananda.co.in, you agree to comply with this Cancellation Policy.


2. Eligibility for Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage, it cannot be canceled, as products may already be undergoing quality verification, energization rituals, or packaging.

Cancellation requests made beyond the 24-hour window or after shipment will not be accepted.


3. Cancellation Scenarios

We process cancellations under the following circumstances:

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Login to your account on premananda.co.in and submit a cancellation request from your order history section, or

  • Email us directly at ask@premananda.co.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order is still in the “Pending” or “Awaiting Processing” stage, our team will review and process your cancellation within 2-3 business days.

b. Premananda-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, Premananda reserves the right to cancel an order under the following situations:

  • Payment issues or transaction failure.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.

  • Unavailability of the product or stock issues.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • Force majeure events that prevent fulfillment.

In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Due to the nature of astrology-related and spiritual products, certain items cannot be canceled once they enter processing. These include but are not limited to:

  • Personalized or Custom Orders (e.g., birth-chart–based gemstone recommendations).

  • Energized or Consecrated Products (e.g., Rudraksha, Yantra, Gemstone rings or pendants energized as per customer details).

  • Consultation Services (e.g., astrology or gemstone recommendation sessions).

Once these processes begin, cancellation is not feasible as such items cannot be repurposed or resold.


5. Order Modification

Premananda allows modifications for limited cases before dispatch:

  • Changing product color, type, or size (if applicable).

  • Updating the shipping address (before dispatch).

  • Upgrading from standard to express delivery (if available).

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of processing.

  • If canceled before processing begins, you’ll receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • If cancellation is requested after partial processing (e.g., product energization or packaging), a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable charges.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used during checkout, primarily through PhonePe or your original payment provider.


7. Refund Timeline & Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  1. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your cancellation request.

  2. After verification, a refund initiation confirmation will be sent.

  3. Refunds are credited back to your source account within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.

In cases where refunds take longer due to banking delays, Premananda will assist by providing transaction reference IDs to help you follow up with your bank.


8. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. However, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligible return scenarios after receiving the product.

Refusal to accept a shipped package will be treated as a “return-to-origin” (RTO) and may result in deductions for two-way shipping costs and restocking fees.


9. Cancellation Fees

Premananda does not charge cancellation fees for orders canceled within the stipulated 24-hour window or before processing begins. However, for orders involving product customization, energization, or ritualistic preparation, a processing deduction may apply to cover incurred costs.


10. Orders Purchased During Promotional Campaigns

Orders placed during special promotional events, discount sales, or limited-time offers may not qualify for cancellation once confirmed. Since such orders often involve bulk or discounted pricing, processing begins immediately after purchase.

11. Failed Transactions & Duplicate Payments

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will automatically be refunded within 7–10 business days. If you suspect a duplicate charge or payment discrepancy, please contact ask@premananda.co.in immediately with payment proof and transaction details.

Premananda will coordinate with PhonePe or the respective gateway to resolve such issues at the earliest.


12. Communication for Cancellations

All official communication regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds must be made via:

13. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory changes, or supply-chain interruptions, Premananda reserves the right to cancel orders partially or fully. Under such conditions, customers will be notified, and full refunds will be issued without deductions.

Premananda reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on www.premananda.co.in, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
